1, material: high quality cold-rolled steel plate or SU304 stainless steel, door 2.0mm, box body 1.5mm, installation plate 2.5mm
2, surface treatment: deoiling, phosphating, powder coating by automatic spraying equipment, color ref. RAL 7035, install galvanized sheet
3, the bottom edge is 25mm high from the ground. The rectangular framework which is fixed on the door panel, has boring holes with spacing of 25mm in line, not only strength the structure, but also makes it convenient to install the electrical components.
4, the patented installation sheet design, changes the complicated installation process via the back door, makes all installation work be finished via the front door
5, polyester foam seals and the fork lock assure the good sealing performance
6, IP grade: IP55
7, the size and the boring hole design can be customized as per client’s requirements
